During Library opening times, all items should be returned either to staff at the Circulation Desk or using the self-service terminals opposite the Issue Desk.
Outside Library opening times all items may be returned to the book bin outside the Library.
Please note that we advise all patrons to return their Library items if they will be away from SOAS for an extended period, as books can be recalled at any time and due dates may be truncated.
If you are unable to return the book in person you can arrange for a postal return. The postal return address is:

We strongly advise the use of recorded delivery as patrons remain responsible for items lost in transit.
Before you take leave please make sure that you return all your books to the Library.
